Join North Central London's Residents' Health Panel

If you are interested in helping improve local health services and want to have a say on how local NHS hospitals and GP practices, councils and voluntary organisations work together to improve health and wellbeing services, join North Central London’s Residents’ Health Panel.

Becoming a member enables you to have a voice and greater choice in improving health and care services. Membership is open to any resident from Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington over the age of 18. You do not need any previous experience.

You will receive six short surveys each year which you can complete using your phone or computer, at a time that suits you. You decide how many you want to complete.
The panel is managed by North London Partners in health and care, a partnership made up of NHS providers and local authorities who are working together to improve health and care services in this part of London. Public consultation on proposed move of Moorfields Eye Hospital’s (City Road) services

This consultation closed on 16th September 2019

Following the end of the Moorfields consultation, a final report summarising the findings and an Integrated Impact Assessment and report ‘Consultation with people with protected characteristics and rare conditions’ is available here

The consultation, which ran between Friday 24 May and Monday 16 September, gave patients, staff, clinicians and the general public the opportunity to comment on the proposal to create a new centre for eye care, research and education in the St Pancras area.

Led by Camden Clinical Commissioning Group and in partnership with NHS England (Specialised Commissioning), the consultation allowed thousands of people to get involved and have their say. Over 1,500 people completed the consultation survey and more than 2,000 people have given their feedback in other ways including emails, discussion groups, phone calls, letters and via the virtual assistant on the consultation’s website.

The proposal to move Moorfields Eye Hospital, University College London’s Institute of Opthalmology and Moorfield’s Charity to a new site at St. Pancras in London has been approved. Read full story here.
